Hi! I'm Chantelle Wang, NM, a certified nutrition professional with the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management.

Have you ever felt frustrated and confused about nutrition advice or trends that are ever more prevalent on the internet?
I know how you feel! My nutrition journey started 6 years ago. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I was one of many people who looked toward online sources for nutrition advice but was left confused by the different nutrition opinions. Now, as a nutrition professional and counselor, I want to be there to help you navigate through your nutrition journey.

Coached by Registered Dietitians at Humber Polytechnic in conducting patient interviews.

Worked at Mackenzie Health Long Tern Care and Hospital with Clinical Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Educator, and Speech Language Pathologist for patients with malnutrition, cardiovascular disease, chronic kidney disease, diabetes, dysphagia, etc.

Developed Dysphagia-friendly recipes in line with the IDDSI standard.

Recipe modifications for specific dietary needs ( e.g., heart-healthy, high protein & fiber).
